Hi Annayour week of sleep was a little rougher than the last two — but most of the rough is one specific thing, not "everything".

"Two short nights on Tuesday and Wednesday pulled your average down. The other five were quietly very good."

Your deep sleep was actually up on the five good nights (+38 min on average vs. the prior week). Heart-rate dip looked clean. The body knows what to do; the week just got in the way.

Do I need a sleep tracker?

Yes — Helio reads what your tracker already records. Oura, Whoop and Apple Health are supported on day one; Garmin and Fitbit are next. If you don't have a tracker, that's actually fine — wait, save your money, the note isn't useful without data.

Where does my data live?

On a single encrypted database in Frankfurt. We never sell it, never use it to train shared models, and you can hit Delete from settings — the row is gone in seconds, the backups within 24 hours.

What if my week was boring? Will the note still be useful?

A boring week is a great week. The note will be short — one paragraph saying so, one small tweak to try, then it's done. Helio refuses to invent drama for engagement.

Can I cancel anytime?

From the email at the bottom of any Sunday note — one click, no friction, no survey. First month on Plus is refundable for any reason.
